A tailored exercise program

To get the most benefit possible, it is best to include exercises from the following four categories. It is recommended that you start slowly and increase gradually. The wisest advise is the simplest: listen to your body. If you've had a hip or knee replacement, check with your doctor before taking up any exercise program.
