The Street Health Report 2007
Printer-friendly versionStreet Health (Toronto)has published (Sept. 2007) a new report : The Street Health Report 2007(PDF file). The Street Health survey was conducted over a three-month period between November 2006 and February 2007. They surveyed a representative sample of 368 homeless adults at meal programs and shelters in downtown Toronto about their health and access to health care. Of the 368 people surveyed, 26% were women. There is a section on women's specific health needs.
