The BC Yukon Society of Transition Houses is a non-profit umbrella organization providing leadership, support and capacity building to the anti-violence sector within BC and the Yukon, focusing on both short and longer-term transition housing and support services for women experiencing violence, as well as services for children and youth exposed to violence. We provide training, program support and advocacy to our membership.

The position of Director, Operations & Women’s Services is a full-time permanent position. This position is expected to provide leadership and direction in the area of women’s programs and services within the organization. 

This is a permanent, full time position (35 hours per week) located in Vancouver. This position reports to the Executive Director. Salary will be based on experience. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
