We provide training, program support and advocacy to our membership.
BCYSTH works from an Intersectional Feminist Framework incorporating a critical lens to the systems of power. The position of Director, Operations & Women’s Services is a full-time permanent position. This position is expected to provide leadership and direction in the area of women’s programs and services within the organization.
This is a permanent, full time position (35 hours per week) located in Vancouver. This position reports to the Executive Director. Salary will be based on experience.
