Taking place in Toronto the weekend before the G8/G20 meetings, our 2010 gathering, the Gender Justice Summit, will be a dynamic gathering of Oxfam members - volunteers, donors, academics, advocates and activists from around the world - to explore the themes of gender based violence, maternal health, poverty, security, climate change, and food security.

The Gender Justice Summit will run parallel to the People’s Summit. The pairing of these summits will add an additional layer of collaboration to both events. With the G8/G20, People Summit, and Oxfam’s Gender Justice Summit all taking place in June, in Ontario, the city of Toronto is sure to be buzzing with enthusiasm and inquiring discussion!
