Dr. Jerilynn Prior, UBC Professor of Medicine and Scientific Director of Centre for Menstrual Cycle and Ovulation Research (CeMCOR) is conducting a study to test effectiveness of oral micronized progesterone for hot flushes and night sweats in perimenopause.
This is a 4-month study which involves keeping a daily record of hot flushes/night sweats, three visits to our offices at Vancouver General Hospital (Oak & 12th), health-related questionnaires and measurements of height, weight, waist circumference.
