The Canadian Professional Association for Transgender Health (CPATH) is holding its THIRD BIENNIAL CONFERENCE and Annual General Meeting at the historic Fort Garry Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba, September 21th to 23rd, 2012! with a pre-conference clinical training on the 20th and 21st.
“Shifting Paradigms : Breaking with Pathology, Affirming Gender Diversity” is a two-day national conference preceded by a two-day pre-conference clinical training. The event is an ideal opportunity for professionals from various field to come together to share knowledge with a common goal of increasing access to health care for individuals with gender variant identities. Front-line community workers will be coming together for important discussions regarding the most urgent needs they identify through their invaluable work. New and established researchers interested in transgender health are invited and encouraged to collaborate in the creation of future projects. International guests are also most welcomed.
