Muriel McQueen Fergusson Centre for Family Violence Research (MMFC) is pleased to invite you to participate in the MMFC workshop 2012: Wellness Pays Off – Family Violence Impacts Everyone.
For most people, workplaces are part of our daily lives. Increasingly, it is recognized that workplaces have an impact on people’s health and that personal lives have an impact on our workplace. This year’s theme emphasizes the importance of workplace wellness. It will offer a venue to discuss how intimate partner violence (IPV) impact workplaces. Together we will discuss the importance of having a response to IPV that include all workplaces. It is through such discussion that we develop a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities associated with everyone’s wellness.
