Breast Cancer and the Environment 101 presentation provides an introduction to the Breast Cancer Fund and features their Healthy Home and Healthy World Tours, which present the scientific foundation, common-sense tips and advocacy actions for prevention. This presentation will highlight the Breast Cancer Fund's unique focus on environmental links to the disease. They will explore key themes in the scientific evidence linking chemicals and radiation in our environment to breast cancer, and then move to the Healthy Home and Healthy World tours, which focus on those exposures with the strongest scientific evidence for concern. For each exposure, we'll introduce tips for personal and political actions to reduce exposures.
