Ensures that training is available for new medical doctors in all aspects of reproductive health, including abortion, through raising awareness of practitioner shortage, the lack of abortion education in medical schools, and escalating violence against abortion providers. Represents students at medical schools across the United States and Canada. Website contains information and statistics about reproduction, a newsletter, and reproductive training opportunities for medical students. Medical Students for Choice (MSFC) is dedicated to ensuring that women receive the full range of reproductive health care choices. MSFC recognizes that one of the greatest obstacles to safe and legal abortion is the absence of trained providers.
