The present report incorporates additional recommendations of the Manitoba League of Persons with Disabilities' Income Security Committee and the MLPD's Provincial Council on the changes required to improve the provincial Income Assistance Program to better support Manitobans with disabilities to prepare for, and find, meaningful employment opportunities.
