The Guttmacher Institute has just released a new video on abortion worldwide [3]. It focuses on the developing world, where abortion laws are highly restrictive, but may also be relevant to Canada where Motion 312 was recently debated.
The video is a stark reminder of that restrictive abortion laws take a terrible toll on women’s health. With the upcoming Pan-Canadian Day of Action for Reproductive Justice [4] on October 20th, the Abortion Worldwide video seeks to ensure that the debate over abortion in Canada is informed by facts, not misinformation.
