Offers multilingual and culturally sensitive information, referral, and support services to women who are from, or who trace their ancestry to, any of the countries of South Asia (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan). Undertakes advocacy, public education, and awareness work on issues that affect South Asian women such as violence, racism, immigration, and unemployment. Provides a safe, supportive, and confidential place for South Asian women who are experiencing male and family violence. Offers English as an additional language classes, translation and interpretation, and employment search assistance. Also provides volunteer orientation and training.
