The 2-Spirits organization's programs and services includes: HIV/AIDS education, outreach, prevention, and support and counselling for 2-spirited people and others living and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Joyce Attis, known to many as the voice for breast implant victims, died in Toronto on November 25, 2010, following complications from surgery.
